1. **Shipping Methods and Costs**
We offer shipping to your specified address or delivery location.
- **Shipping Fees:**
- **Hungary:** 5,000 HUF
- **European Union:** 24,000 HUF or 70 EUR
- **Other Countries:** Shipping is available upon request. The cost will be based on the current rates of GPL or the fastest delivery service available.
The full shipping fee is allocated to cover the cost of using GPL or the fastest delivery service.
Once you receive your purchased picture, you will also gain lifetime online access to it for personal use only.
**Note:** If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the picture within 24 hours. While we will refund the price of the picture, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

2. **Processing Time**
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 7-14 business days. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

3. **Delivery Time**
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service:
- **Hungary:** 1 business day
- **European Union:** A few business days
- **Other Countries:** Typically 3–7 business days
You will receive updates regarding your delivery timeline.

We ship to the European Union and other countries where GPL or other reliable delivery services operate. Shipping availability is subject to the policies of the chosen delivery service.

You can track your order through updates provided by GPL or the selected delivery service. We will also keep you informed about the status of your order, from shipping to delivery.
Your purchased picture(s) will be delivered to the address you specify during checkout.

6. **Lost or Damaged Items**
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged due to the fault of GPL or another delivery service:
- The delivery service provides a guarantee for shipments.
- If the issue is confirmed, I will recreate and resend your purchased picture(s).
**Important:**
As I am caring for an injured and ill family member, I kindly ask for your understanding. If the delivery service does not refund the shipping fee, I will require the shipping fee to be paid again before resending your order.
