At Leeloo The Fifth Element's Gallery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below for details on how we handle returns and refunds.
1. **Eligibility for Refunds**
Refunds are available for physical products returned within **1 days** of receiving. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returned shipments with cash on delivery under any circumstances.
**Note:** If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the picture within 24 hours. While we will refund the price of the picture, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
2. **Non-Refundable Items**
- Digital downloads, including high-resolution images and manga.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
- We cannot accept returned shipments with cash on delivery under any circumstances.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable.
3. **Refund Process**
To request a refund, please contact us at **leeloo@leeloothefifthelement.com** with your order number and order date and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. We cannot accept returned shipments with cash on delivery under any circumstances.
4. **Refund Method**
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **8 business days** of receiving the returned item. You will receive Your refunds by Your original payment method, or by bank transfer or by Your paylink. For bank transfer I need Your address, it's necessary for the Bank laws. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. **Damaged or Defective Items**
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged due to the fault of GPL or another delivery service:
- The delivery service provides a guarantee for shipments.
- If the issue is confirmed, I will recreate and resend your purchased picture(s).
**Important:**
As I am caring for an injured and ill family member, medicines and healing are too very much expensive, I kindly ask for your understanding. If the delivery service does not refund the shipping fee, I will require the shipping fee to be paid again before resending your order, because I cannot afford it.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within **7 days** of delivery. I will arrange for a recreation or a replacement or refund.
If the delivery service refunds the shipping fee, I will recreate and resend your purchased picture(s) or we will refund the price of the picture and the shipping fee in this case.
We cannot accept returned shipments with cash on delivery under any circumstances.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and we will send You and You will receive within 1-8-15-16-20-30 business days depending on Your payment method and payment system and Your Bank. You will have always got information about the payment from us. Please note, digital downloads and custom orders are non-refundable.
The shipping fee is non-refundable.
