Welcome to Leeloo The Fifth Element’s Gallery. By purchasing digital pictures from our site, you agree to the following terms:
**1. Introduction**
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital images.
**2. User Responsibilities**
You agree to provide accurate information during checkout. Purchased digital files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
**3. Order Process**
All orders are processed instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the download link is provided.
**4. Pricing and Payment**
All prices are listed in HUF by default. However, I also accept payments in EUR, USD, GBP, and other currencies as specified with each payment link. Please refer to the payment options provided at checkout or in the paylinks for available currencies.
**5. Liability Disclaimer**
We are not responsible for technical issues preventing downloads after purchase. Please contact us if you experience any problems.
**6. Amendments**
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

**Revenue Sharing Commitment**
As part of our ongoing commitment to recognize and reward creative contributions, Leeloo The Fifth Element's Gallery hereby declares the following revenue sharing policy:
1. **Creators, Actors, and Actresses**
A percentage of two percent (2%) of all net income generated through this website and its associated mobile application shall be allocated, for the lifetime of the business, to each of the following individuals by official way: Luc Besson for His lifetime and lifetime of this business, Gaumont Film Company for lifetime of the Gaumont Film Company and lifetime of this business, Bruce Willis or Bruce Willis's Wife Emma Heming Willis for Their lifetime and lifetime of this business, Milla Jovovich for Her lifetime and lifetime of this business, Gary Oldman for His lifetime and lifetime of this business, Ian Holm for His lifetime and lifetime of this business, Chris Tucker for His lifetime and lifetime of this business, Luke Perry for His lifetime and lifetime of this business. This allocation is intended as a gesture of appreciation for their creative work and inspiration.
2. **Helpers**
A percentage of one percent (1%) of all net income generated through this website and its associated mobile application shall be allocated, for the lifetime of the business, to each of the following individuals: Internet Archive for lifetime of the Internet Archive Company and lifetime of this business, Owner of Whisky79 Channel of YouTube for the Owner's lifetime and lifetime of this business, Amy Hudgins for Her lifetime and lifetime of this business, Parányi István for His lifetime and lifetime of this business or after very many years and several decades later to István Parányi's Mother Mrs. Edit Parányi Senior Great Grandmother and István Parányi's Two Daughters Petra Parányi and Réka Parányi Grandchild's Mother Born in Budapest Hungary for Their lifetime and lifetime of this business, but to no other.
Additionally, a percentage of one percent (1%) of all net income shall be allocated to each of the following individuals: Alexandre Bash, David Megan, Miral Leocan for the duration of their active assistance with the website and application.
3. **Payment Terms**
Distributions will be calculated and paid on an annual basis, within 60 days of the close of each fiscal year, subject to applicable laws and regulations. All payments are contingent upon the continued operation and profitability of the business.
4. **Modifications**
Leeloo The Fifth Element's Gallery reserves the right to amend this policy as required by law or business necessity, with notice provided to the affected parties.
